Riley Austin
Riley Austin, a junior and second-year Clarion member, joined The Clarion by accident and decided to stay because her friend was also in the class. As time went on, Austin really enjoyed being a part of this publication. Riley is a hard worker and easy to get along with. When asked to do something, she gets it done in a timely manner.

Riley is Thespian secretary and Spanish club president. She looks up to many people like Martin Luther King, Jr., Anne Frank, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg because each of these people have faced a lot of adversity in their lives, and they still persevered. She likes to read political pieces, Young Adult books, and she enjoys listening to musicals. Riley is passionate about politics and helping others.  In 10 years, Riley hopes to be finishing her Ph.D. in a branch of psychology, where she feels she can best help others.

Austin is thrilled for her return to The Clarion staff as an editor, be on the look-out for all that is come.
